Pricing and Scheduling

How much does junk removal cost?

Fees can vary based on the amount of junk, type of items, and location. Go to our 'Home' Page and click first button to get a Free Estimate or see our Price minimums on our 'Rates' Page.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer free estimates! All you have to do is go to our 'Home' Page, click the first button and fill out the 'Contact Us' form to get a Free Estimate.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my junk removal?

We typically can schedule service within the same week, but the more time we have to get your removal service scheduled the better for us both! Go to our 'Home' Page and push the first button and fill out the form to schedule your service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept many different types of payment. Such as cash, credit cards or checks. Please view our 'Rates' Page for more information.

Do you offer affordable prices?

We offer competitive pricing for all of our junk removal services. You can trust us to provide quality service at an affordable price. Our Team is passionate about what we do and our community and that shows through our service costs.


Items We Remove

What types of junk do you remove?

We remove all different kinds of junk, from clutter to construction waste. To see what we do and do not remove go to our 'Services' Page and scroll down.

Is there a minimum amount of junk you'll remove?

We prefer more than one small item or at least one large item. To see the items we do and do not remove see our 'Services' Page.

Will you take hazardous waste?

Unfortunately we do not remove Hazardous Waste (chemicals, biological agents or radioactive material) to see what we do and do not remove go to our 'Services' Page.

What do you do with the junk after it is removed?

 Following project completion, all debris and junk items are removed and disposed of according to local regulations. Our mission is to provide top-notch junk removal services to our clients while keeping the environment clean and green by recycling what we can. 


During the Removal Process

Do I need to be present during the removal?

No you do not need to be present during the removal process. We prefer to have contact with our clients but if that does not work for you, we are happy to do the removal without you present. Just go to our 'Contact' Page and fill out the form and we will be in touch to figure out the safest and best way to go about our removal process without you there.

Will you move my furniture around?

We do not move anything around unless we absolutely need to. In some instances we may need to move some of your furniture around to get things out during the removal process. We will always talk to you before we move anything to make sure you are aware.

What happens if you damage my property during the removal?

We are fully insured and if we are liable for damaging your property, we will set up any arrangements to replace or repair any damage to your property.

Do you provide insurance?

We are fully insured, demonstrating our commitment to a reliable and protected service.

Do you perform background checks on your employees?

To ensure a safe and reliable workforce, we conduct background checks for part of our employment verification.

Can I tip your employees?

Yes, we gratefully appreciate your generosity and accept tips for excellent service. 

Do you offer discounts or special promotions?

Yes, we offer discount and special promotions. There is a 10% discount off of your first removal service. We also offer other discounts and special promotions on occasion. To see if we have any look at our 'Home' Page.

What are your hours of operation?

We do not have any set hours of operation which allows us to work closer with our clients and make almost any time for removal work. We are available to reach by text, call or email between 7am and 10pm every day. To get in touch with us go to our 'Contact' Page.
